You make Cali to look dangerous and scary thanks to what your tour guy say to you or he's thoughts of discrimination! You and your video make Cali look like a piece of crap and that's Not true! If you are looking for a tourist gringo vibe like in Medellin you wont find it in Cali. But its for sure one of the best and cheapest destinations in colombia for any traveler.
